WHAT IS A PT PACK?
At Fit n Fast we give our members the chance to get more from their workout by introducing them to the benefits of using a Personal Trainer. You can do this by purchasing one of our PT Packs that we offer when you first sign up.
A PT Pack is a highly motivating experience that consists of 2 x One on One sessions with one of our qualified Personal Trainer’s.

HOW DOES A VIRTUAL GROUP EXERCISE CLASS WORK?
We offer Virtual group fitness classes which are an innovative and exciting range of classes that give you the flexibility to attend any time of day. Click HERE to see a Timetable for your Club.
IF I JOIN CAN I USE ALL GYMS?
We provide the following membership options (please note some options are not available at all clubs):
Orange: This membership only allows access to your home club. This is the club at which you signed up.
Black, Blue & Qmax: This membership allows access to all Fit n Fast gyms in Australia.
CAN I ALSO JOIN YOGABAR?
Absolutely! We have what we call the Ultimate Membership. Not only will you still have access to all Fit n Fast locations and unlimted Qmax classes but you will also have access to all YogaBar Studios with umlimted YogaBar classes. It really is the ultimate! Please chat to a member of our team to see how you can make the ultimate change today!
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR GUEST WITH ME EVERYTIME I WORKOUT?
Members with a Qmax or Black Membership may bring one guest free of charge to use the facilities when they work out at their home club only. There are some Blackout hours that apply in a number of Clubs though so please ask the friendly team at your Club to find out when their Blackout hours occur. Qmax classes are not included for free.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMITMENT AND NON COMMITMENT MEMBERSHIP?
A commitment membership is a 12 month commitment of 26 fortnightly payments. By commiting to this membership type you are rewarded by paying a smaller fortnightly amount.
A non-commitment membership is a rolling fortnight-to-fortnight membership that runs until we are notified by you to cancel
WHAT IS THE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & HOW DOES IT WORK?
All of our online memberships come with a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. This allows a member to cancel their membership in the first 30 days and receive a full refund on start up fees, membership fees and any unused PT Pack purchases. Does not include the Access card fee. In order to be eligible for the refund, the member must have attended the club at least 2 times each week for the first 4 weeks of their membership.

Once you sign up you can go straight into the Club that you signed up to during staffed hours and pick up your card from one of our friendly team on reception.

You are now a member at Fit n Fast. We are so happy to have you as a Member with us. You can now head straight to your Club during staffed hours and grab your new membership card from a member of our team and start working out straight away.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE CANCELLED AND WANT TO START USING THE GYM AGAIN?
We would love to have you back with us. Please ask the friendly team at your nearest Club to find out how you can get signed up again or call 1300 44 66 88.
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR JOINING?
To become a member you must be at least 14 years old. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 years then you must have a parent or guardian agree and sign your membership agreement.

DO I GET AN ACCESS CARD?
You will be provided with an access card when you join. Once you sign up, head to the Club you signed up at during staffed hours and grab your card from our team on Reception.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY $59 FOR A MEMBERSHIP CARD?
In order to allow our clubs to go 24 hours and have unstaffed hours we have had to invest in top of the line equipment to make this happen. In order to have such high tech equipment we also need fancy cards that work with the high tech equipment.
WHAT IS THE QUARTERLY UPKEEP FEE?
We want to make sure you can keep on working out with us and to provide you with the best possible facility. In the first week of January, April, July and October, $12.95 will be debited from your account which will guarantee that your membership rate NEVER increases, as long as you stay a member.
WHAT IS PRO RATA?
You will be charged pro rata on your first billing day. Pro rata is a proportion of your fortnightly membership which will bring your membership payments in line with our billing days. For example, if you join on the Monday before the Friday billing day you would be charged 4 days-worth of pro rata. So you are paying for the use of the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. From then on, every 2nd Friday, you will be charged for 2 weeks membership and the transaction fee.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY TOWEL?
As part of our Hygiene policy, in order to work out in our Clubs you must have a towel with you. If you do happen to forget your towel though, we have Fit n Fast towels available to purchase at Reception.
IS THERE A FEE TO USE THE LOCKERS?
There is no fee to use our lockers but you must provide your own lock. Locks are available to purchase at Reception.

name="q-1-6">BREAKS AND CANCELLATIONS
WHAT IF I WANT TO GO AWAY/GET INJURED?
A Pause option is available on all membership types. A pause on memberships is available in fortnightly blocks with a minimum of 1 fortnight and a maximum of 6 fortnights. If you are currently in a commitment period and you take a pause then your commitment period will extend for the additional length of any pause taken. A fee will be charged for each pause made.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A minimum of two weeks written notice is required to terminate membership either via email or delivered to the club. This notice is taken from the next available direct debit date.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Fast Membership: Can be cancelled at anytime with 2 weeks written notice without incurring any cancellation fees. Fit Memberships will incur a cancellation fee and more information can be found in our Terms and Conditions by clicking HERE.
